  • Ensuring full compliance of the client with the local legislation regulating the recruitment and job search activities, contractual relations with potential employers and job candidates, service agreements, consent declarations

By taking a multi-disciplinary approach, we are able to provide clients with advice and guidance in connection with the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, outsourcing and other transactions, in addition to standard advisory on daily employment matters, taxation issues and litigation. Our leadership role in various employment law-related organisations has given us experience when interacting with regulators as well as access to international best practices.
