RECEPTIONIST


About your role:

By joining our team you will become an integral part of the company, a vital hub for information distribution and for valuable support of the team in its day-to-day activities. You will:

  • Handle first-point office communication (clients, couriers and visitors)
  • Coordinate information flow between different departments
  • Provide administrative support to colleagues
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Order office supplies, food and beverages

 To be a successful candidate you should:

  • be fluent in English
  • have working knowledge of MS Office
  • have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • be proactive and outgoing
