Our Head of Dispute Resolution, Metodi Baykushev, was a speaker at the V Allerhand Dispute Resolution and ADR Summit in Krakow, Poland. Metodi commented the latest caselaw of the Bulgarian Supreme Court on enforcement and set-aside of arbitral awards and explained how some of the most important international arbitration concepts are perceived by the Bulgarian courts. The Summit was organized by the Allerhand Institute – a public organization and centre of advanced law established for exchange of experience between the countries of Central and Eastern Europe as well as the Commonwealth of Independent States. The Allerhand Institute aims to promote Europeanization of private law, professional ethics and quality of public debate and international scientific cooperation with colleagues from other countries.
