Zoya Todorova, partner and head of Corporate law, M&A and Competition law practice groups at DPC, is one of the newly appointed officers of the European Regional Forum (ERF) of the International Bar Association (IBA).

For her collaboration and dedication as a Council Member for Bulgaria in the last two years, Zoya has been promoted to ERF Regional Fora Liaison Officer. In this new capacity, she will oversee the liaisons of ERF with the remaining regional fora, encompassing the African, Asia Pacific, Latin American, Arab and North American geographic zones.
