Dimitrov, Petrov & Co. Law Firm supported the second edition of the Compliance Conference organized by the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce. The event took place on February 27, 2018 and was hosted by Sofia Hotel Balkan.

The conference was divided into thematic modules and discussion panels and aimed at presenting different opinions, viewpoints and topical updates. Experts of Dimitrov, Petrov & Co. took part in two of the panels.

Pencho Stanchev, senior associate at the law firm and commercial law expert, was on the “Manager’s Responsibilities” discussion panel and commented on the “Criminal and Administrative Liability” topic.

Gavrail Poterov, part of Dimitrov, Petrov & Co.’s Privacy & Data Protection Team, was in the discussion group of the “E-commerce and Personal Data Protection” module and spoke on the topic: “Establishing the Online Identity and Age of Users/Customers of Online Retailers”.
