Bogdan Petrov is a founding partner of DPC and the architect of most of its practice groups, among which his top areas of expertise - energy and public procurement.
Bogdan has more than 20 years of experience in leading projects and international transactions for acquisition of telecom, IT and energy companies in Bulgaria and has published relevant studies and articles in a number of national and international editions. He is a draftsman of numerous acts of the primary and secondary legislation, inter alia the Electronic Communications Act, the Electronic Commerce Act, the amendments to the Cadastre and Property Register Act and the respective implementing acts.
For more than 8 years Bogdan has trained attorneys-at-law, judges, and state officials in the legal aspects of the implementation of legislation in the areas of e-commerce and e-government.
In recent years, apart from his top-notch consulting work, he has been devoted mainly to building client relationships. With his tremendous experience and unshakable composure, Bogdan is an insatiable source of professional guidance, common sense, and wisdom for everyone at DPC.

Bogdan has headed the legal team of Dimitrov, Petrov & Co. in numerous M&A transactions among which advising a leading UK investor for the sale of the majority stake of the third mobile operator in the country – a deal considered to be among the biggest acquisitions in Bulgaria for the telecom sector.
