Desislava Krusteva, head of the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Team at Dimitrov, Petrov & Co., Certified Information Privacy Professional Europe (CIPP/E) by IAPP and Senior Legal Expert at the Law and Internet Foundation, will speak at the Tenth Marketing Conference for Pharmacists. The event is organized by a leading distributor of medicinal products, food supplements and cosmetics for Bulgaria and will take place on March 17, 2018 in Sofia.

This year’s edition of the conference will focus on the opportunities that digital marketing offers to the market in medicinal products. The opening speaker at the prestigious forum will be Mariya Gabriel – the Bulgarian European Commissioner for Digital Economy and Society. In addition to the representatives of the pharmaceutical industry, the conference will also bring to the fore digital marketing and software experts.

Ms. Desislava Krusteva will present the audience with the changes in personal data protection legislation under the new Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and will address topical issues related to the digitalization of pharmaceutical business.
