Desislava Krusteva is head of DPC’s Technology & Data practice group. Apart from leading the most widely recognized tech law team in the country, she takes pride in being legal advisor to global giants in energy, telecom, pharma and other industry sectors, having advised technological and cross-border projects from the very development of the business model to its successful launch and day-to-day operations.

Desislava is largely involved in various projects and advises clients on e-commerce, e-payments, e-governance, re-use of public sector information, e-documents and e-signatures.
