Danail is a smart young practitioner promising to be the next star of our well renowned tax law team
Danail Nedkov's practice is mainly focused on tax law but he is also practising in capital markets and corporate and M&A. He assists clients with research, drafting and practical legal support across matters involving corporate structuring, transactional work, regulatory considerations and tax-related issues.
Before joining DPC, Danail gained experience in the legal department of the biggest emergency hospital in the country, where he worked on a range of legal and administrative matters in a highly regulated environment. He also completed a legal internship at the Sofia Regional Court and the Administrative Court – Sofia City as part of the Fulbright Program, which strengthened his understanding of court practice and public law procedures.
Danail holds a Master of Laws degree from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, Faculty of Law, where he graduated with excellent academic results.
He is fluent in English and German.
