Nevena is an experienced legal practitioner advising multinational companies on complex data protection and cybersecurity matters, including incident response, data subject communications and engagement with supervisory authorities. She is adept in guiding technology companies and emerging ventures through the regulatory and contractual aspects of developing and launching digital and AI-enabled products.
Nevena has advised international employers on complex matters at the intersection of employment law, data protection and workplace technology. She has co-founded and is actively involved in the development of a legal technology platform, including its governance framework, operational model and commercial partnerships.
