Stoimen is a talented technology lawyer who combines a keen understanding of emerging technologies with a proactive, business-oriented approach to complex regulatory challenges

Stoimen joined DPC’s digital and technology law team as a trainee and has since progressed to associate, demonstrating strong commitment throughout his development. He has gained substantial experience by contributing to key projects for some of the firm’s largest clients. His practice currently focuses on privacy and data protection, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence regulation.

He holds an LLM from Sofia University St Kliment Ohridski.
