Tsvetelina’s current practice is focused mainly on technology and data protection. She has extensive experience also in the areas of competition, consumer protection, contractual and company law. Since joining DPC at the beginning of 2024, her support has been instrumental to the Technology and Data team. She has worked on a number of projects, including regular advice to leading pharmaceutical companies with regard to their activities in Bulgaria on variety of matters related to their digital transformation, data protection compliance, digital marketing projects and more. Tsvetelina has been actively involved in matters related to AI and monitoring and analyzing new legislation in the field, as well as exploring opportunities for AI contracting, including as part of a multi-jurisdictional project assigned by the European Commission.

Tsvetelina is recognized by IP Stars as Rising Star in Intellectual Property for 2023 and Notable Practitioner for 2024.
